Simple "Lunchbox" Notes

lunchbox notes pic

As a teacher, I saw many students open up their lunch boxes to find a quick note from mom or dad telling them to have a great day. The students loved them and would alway smile when they saw them. That's exactly what these notes reminded me up although they could be used for a note to a friend or loved one when you don't have much time. The notes are small measuring a 3x3 inch card so you would cut your white cardstock at 6x3 inches then fold. The wood textures designer paper is a simple addition to give each card some depth, cut that paper at 3/4 x 3 inches and attach to card with snail adhesive runner. Then you can stamp the image and sentiment (words) you want to fit the need of your card receiver. The colors I used are Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight and Cherry Cobbler. Then finish off the card with some jute twine and it's simply done!

*Envelopes are sold to fit these cute smaller cards and link is below just not pictured.

Here are some other project ideas using that same stamp set and also the wood crates framelite dies which has that cute crate framelit pictured here. The code for the dies is #143730 and it costs $30.
